We will carry out a full reference check, including income and expenditure assessments on all tenants that apply which includes:
Proof of identity from the tenant
Utility bill or bank statement (within the last two months)
Carry out a Credit Check to ensure the potential tenant does not have a poor credit history. The check will confirm residency, whether they have any outstanding or unsettled CCJ’s against them, and that no bankruptcy orders have been logged against them.

We offer a 24hr Emergency phone line where tenants can report emergency repairs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
An emergency repair is any fault where there is an immediate or potential danger to health or risk to the safety of the tenant.
Danger or serious damage to the property.

We carry out Bi-Annual Property Inspections which we feel are essential as this will highlight any necessary maintenance and safety issues, which can be dealt with as soon as possible. If any issues come to light, this is the time to remind tenants of their responsibility to report problems as soon as they happen to avoid the issue getting worse.
An Inspection Report with photos will be conducted and sent to the landlord within 48hrs after the inspection has taken place.
